Kurt Garrick

Kurt is introduced in Come Moonrise.  He runs with the McCanlup pack, but is not an actual member of the pack.  He submits to the pack leader's authority when it suits him, but as a National Pack Enforcer, his primary allegiance is to the Agency in charge of werewolf affairs.  His mother is a descendant of the Balmoral pack from Scotland and his father, Baron, is a pack leader in Oregon.  He's tough, he's deadly and he's ruthless enough to get the job done...no matter what the job is.  His father's pack does not adhere to the ancient lifetime mating law and he's long since had sex for the first time and taken control of his change.  He doesn't flaunt his attitudes with the McCanlup pack, but as Duke's friend, he hopes to one day influence the repeal of that law for the Montana werewolves.
